H.E. Prof. Kithure Kindiki, E.G.H.

Prof. Kithure Kindiki is the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. He was sworn in on Friday 1st November, 2024 at an auspicious ceremony that took place at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre.

Before his current position, Prof. Kindiki served as the Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Interior and National Administration. Before that, he served as the Senator for Tharaka Nithi County for a decade and also as the Senate Deputy Speaker and Senate Majority Leader.

Prof. Kindiki is a distinguished Professor of Law, with a career spanning 24 years and has previously consulted for international organizations such as the World Trade Organization, the African Union, the Intergovernmental Authority on Development, the United Nations and UN specialized agencies such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and United Nations Development Programme. He also practiced Defense Counsel at the International Criminal Court at the Hague and previously taught law at Moi University and the University of Nairobi, School of Law.

Prof. Kindiki, holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from Moi University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law, a Masters of Law (LL.M) degree, and a Doctorate in International Law (PhD Int.Law) from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He is a prolific author.

H.E. Dr. Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, E.G.H.

Hon. Wycliffe Musalia Mudavadi is a Kenyan politician and land economist who is currently serving as the Prime Cabinet Secretary of Kenya. He served as the 7th Vice-President of Kenya in 2002 and Deputy Prime Minister (2008–2012). During his MP of Sabatia, Hon Musalia Mudavadi established Sabatia Community Development Fund (SACODEF), a KES 27 million capitalized revolving micro-enterprise credit scheme (1996) for youth groups, women groups and educational scholarships; a Micro Credit Scheme precursor to CDF.

Lady Justice Martha Karambu Koome, E.G.H

The Chief Justice shall be the Head of the Judiciary and the President of the Supreme Court and shall be the link between the Judiciary and the other arms of Government. The Chief Justice is also mandated to assign duties to the Deputy Chief Justice, the President of the Court of Appeal, the Principal Judge of the High Court and the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. The Chief Justice is also required to give an annual report to the nation on the state of the Judiciary and the administration of justice; and cause the report to be published in the Gazette, and a copy thereof sent, under the hand of the Chief Justice, to each of the two Clerks of the two Houses of Parliament for it to be placed before the respective Houses for debate and adoption. The Chief Justice also exercises general direction and control over the Judiciary.

Hon. Lady Justice Martha Karambu Koome was appointed the Chief Justice of Kenya in May 2021. Prior to her appointment, Judge Koome was a Judge of Appeal having been appointed in 2012. As a Court of Appeal Judge she served in Nairobi, Nyeri and Malindi.

Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Moses M. Wetang’ula, E.G.H

The Rt. Hon. (DR.) Moses M. Wetang'ula, EGH, MP is the 8th Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya since independence in 1963. He was elected to the position of Speaker on Thursday, 8th September 2022 during the First Sitting of the National Assembly of the 13th Parliament.

The Hon. Speaker Wetangula’s engagement in public service spans across forty years. He began his service in the Judiciary as Magistrate in 1982 and served in various stations across the country including Kithimani, Machakos, Kisii and Rongo. Notably, the Hon. Wetangula joined the judiciary at the same time with his immediate predecessor, Hon. Justin Muturi, EGH.

The Honourable Speaker began his political career in 1993 when he was nominated to the 7th Parliament (1993-1997). He served for five cumulative terms between 1993 and 2013 as Member of the National Assembly representing Sirisia Constituency, and as Senator for Bungoma (2013-2022). During his first term as Nominated Member, he served as a member of the Speaker’s Panel (Temporary Deputy Speaker), the House Business Committee as well as the Committee on Defence & Foreign Relations. He was also an active Member of the CPA Executive Committee. In the 7th Parliament, he led various reforms to the rules of procedure of the House and was the Leader of Kenya delegation to the African, Caribbean and Pacific-European Union Joint Assembly (ACP-EU, JPA).

During his first term in the Senate (2013-2022) and part of his second as Senator for Bungoma County, the Hon. Wetangula served as the Senate Minority Leader, and a member of the Senate Business Committee. He also served as a member of the Senate Standing Committee on Defence & Foreign Relations and the Committee on Finance & Budget.

Prior to 2013, the Hon. Speaker Wetangula held various cabinet portfolios. Between 2011 and 2013, the Hon. Wetangula was the Minister for Trade, and also served as the Chairperson of the African Union Peace & Security Council. Between 2004 and 2007, he served as Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs before being appointed Minster for Foreign Affairs, a position he held up to 2011.

On leadership and nation building, the Hon. Wetangula, while giving his acceptance speech, upon his election as the Speaker of the National Assembly, observed that –

“One of the greatest leadership lessons I carry with me to date is that a leader is a servant of the people. I live by the great words of the 22nd and 24th US President Grover Cleveland who served between 1885-1889 and 1893-1897 who once said that ‘...Office holders are the agents of the people, not their masters.’ These words always ring true to me and hence moving on, I will be your (the National Assembly’s) servant and agent.”

Internationally, Hon. Wetangula seeks to continue building and strengthening parliamentary diplomacy and the long and rich relationship the Parliament of Kenya has had with key players including the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA); the Pan-African Parliament (PAP); the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU); the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) and the OACPS.

Speaker Wetangula is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an active member of the Law Society of Kenya. He is an astute debater with exceptional grasp of parliamentary practices and procedures.

Mr. Felix K. Koskei, E.G.H

Felix K. Koskei, EGH, is currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Head of the Public Service in the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kenya. Appointed in September 2022, he plays a central role in coordinating government operations, overseeing policy implementation, and enhancing efficiency across ministries, state departments, and agencies.

As Head of the Public Service, Mr. Koskei has championed key reforms focused on digitization, accountability, performance management, and citizen-centered service delivery. Under his leadership, the government has implemented initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, strengthening transparency, and modernizing public administration systems. His efforts in driving public sector transformation have earned him regional recognition, including the Transformational Leadership in Public Service Award presented by the Africa Public Sector Conference and Awards (APSCA).

Mr. Koskei holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi. He is widely respected for his commitment to integrity, professionalism, and efficient public service delivery. His leadership continues to play a significant role in advancing Kenya’s governance and public sector reforms in line with the country’s development agenda.

Sammy Chepkwony, CHRP(K), FIHRM, MIoD

Sammy Chepkwony is the Chairperson of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission. He is a strategic leader and consultant with more than 20 years of expertise in human resource management, operations, and corporate governance.

Chepkwony held prominent leadership roles across diverse sectors. He served as Regional Director for Human Resources (HR) at Aga Khan University, Group HR Director at Kenya Airways, and Director of HR at Tata Chemicals Magadi Ltd. His career began as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he provided HR advisory services to public and private sector clients across East Africa.

As a recognised organisational transformation leader, he has led multi-track HR projects that set strategic directions, policies, and frameworks for effective talent management and business process improvement.

He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi, and has enhanced his leadership skills through programmes at Harvard Business School and other esteemed institutions. Francis Meja, M.B.S

H.E FCPA Ahmed Abdullahi, E.G.H

Ahmed Abdullahi Jiir is a distinguished Kenyan politician and two-term Governor of Wajir County. With a robust background in commerce and extensive experience in auditing and finance, he transitioned into politics in 2007. Since assuming office in 2013, Jiir has championed transformative initiatives in infrastructure, healthcare, and water resource management, significantly enhancing the quality of life in Wajir.

His leadership has earned him prestigious accolades, including The Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya, recognizing his unwavering commitment to public service and community development. Jiir is also a Fellowship Certified Public Accountant (FCPA), the highest rank in accounting. CPA Kithinji Kiragu ,M.B.S, O.G.W

CPA Kithinji Kiragu has had a distinguished career, culminating in his appointment as the Chairperson of the Inter-Governmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC) by former President Uhuru Kenyatta CGH on March 31, 2022. He has a solid educational foundation, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant in Kenya.

Over the last thirty years, Mr. Kiragu has been extensively involved as a consultant and adviser to governments and development partners, including the World Bank and UK-DFID. His expertise spans institutional and political economy analysis, organizational and human resources development, public finance management, and governance. Notably, he served as the Chief Technical Adviser for Public Sector Reforms for the Government of Tanzania from 1995 to 1998, and as Strategy Adviser for the reform of Nigeria's Federal Public Service in 2009-2010. He has also published extensively on topics related to public sector management, political economy, and governance.

Mr. Kiragu began his career in accounting and auditing, spending three years lecturing on these subjects at the University of Nairobi. His professional path led him to Coopers & Lybrand, where he developed a career in management and economics consulting. He later founded KK Consulting Associates, which merged with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2002. At PwC, he served as a Partner/Director with responsibility for public sector advisory services in the Africa Central Region until 2007, after which he joined the Africa Development Professional Group in a similar role. Between 2009 and 2012, Mr. Kiragu was the Chairman of the State Corporations Advisory Committee (SCAC) in Kenya’s Office of the President.

In recent years, Mr. Kiragu has been a member of the Board of the Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital, where he chaired the Board’s Committee for Strategy, Finance & Corporate Services. Beyond his professional endeavours, he has been involved in entrepreneurship, including being a majority shareholder in Solid Investment Securities Limited, which was acquired by NIC Bank in 2008. He is also an active investor in education and farming and enjoys playing golf. His extensive experience and leadership in public sector management and governance continue to contribute significantly to Kenya’s development.

Hon. Geoffrey Kiringa Ruku, E.G.H

Hon. Geoffrey Kiringa Ruku is a Kenyan leader and politician with a vast experience in executive management of public and private sector affairs. He's currently the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Public Service, Human Capital Development and Special Programmes. He is also the immediate former Member of Parliament for Mbeere North Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya.

Hon. Ruku has worked in various other leadership positions in Kenya, Africa and beyond. As a climate finance consultant for the Southern Africa Fair Climate Network, he facilitated actualization of Carbon credit projects in Kenya, South Africa, Namibia, Malawi, Mozambique, Botswana and Madagascar.

He has worked with the Embassy of Israel in Kenya as MASHAV Coordinator, a role that further accelerated his public sector affairs management and international relations and diplomacy, with extensive professional training and practice in Kenya and Israeli institutions.

Hon. Ruku is also a business leader, having been the Founder and Executive Director of Climate Pal Ltd., Carbon Manna Africa Ltd., and other entrepreneurship endeavors in Kenya and globally. He also worked as a lecturer at the Technical University of Kenya, formerly Kenya Polytechnic.

He has a rich education background with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy, University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Commerce, Catholic University of Eastern Africa and other trainings from Kenya, USA and Israel.

FCPA Hon. John Mbadi Ng’ongo, E.G.H

Hon. John Mbadi is the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for The National Treasury and Economic Planning. Before his appointment, Hon. Mbadi had an extensive career in public service, most recently serving as a nominated Member of Parliament (MP) and the Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee in the National Assembly.

The CS has a rich history in legislative leadership, having served as the elected MP for Suba South Constituency, Suba Constituency, and Gwassi Constituency. His experience extends to roles such as Assistant Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister and Leader of Minority in the National Assembly. Throughout his parliamentary tenure, he was a member of numerous key committees, including the House Business Committee, Liaison Committee, Budget and Appropriations Committee, Selection Committee, Appointments Committee, Public Accounts Committee, Public Investments Committee, Constitutional Implementation Committee, the Ad Hoc Committee on the Cost of Living, and the Defence and Foreign Relations Committee. Notably, he was also a member of the Legislative Taskforce responsible for drafting the Public Finance Management Act of 2012.

In addition to his political and legislative accomplishments, the CS is a seasoned finance professional with 28 years of experience. He has held the position of Accountant at the University of Nairobi and served as the Chair of Medair East Africa. Hon. Mbadi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Nairobi and is a registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). His professional affiliations extend to the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.

Hon. Mbadi’s contributions have been recognized with honours such as the Chief of the Order of the Burning Spear (CBS) and Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya (EGH). His skills span planning, budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, economics, and community development, complemented by strong leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. H.E Mutula Kilonzo Junior, C.B.S

H.E Mutula Kilonzo Junior CBS, is the second Governor of Makueni County. He was elected to the position in August 2022. He was previously the Senator for Makueni County for nine years between 2013 and 2022. At the Senate, Mutula Junior was the Minority Whip and served as the Vice Chairperson in the Senate Committee on Information, Communication and Technology from 2013 to 2017. He was a member of the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget, and Justice, Legal and Human Rights.
Governor Mutula Junior is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Supreme Court of Kenya with extensive experience in Criminal, Commercial Law, Family Law, Election Petitions and Conveyance.
He did his law studies at the Nagpur University (Dr, Ambekhar College of Law from 1994 to 1996 and pursued LLB (Bachelor of Laws) then joined Kenya School of Law in 1991 for his Diploma/ Legal training at the Bar and admitted to the Bill of Advocates on 26th April 2001.

Joshua Wakahora Irungu, E.G.H

Joshua Wakahora Irungu, is a distinguished Kenyan politician and community development specialist. He is the inaugural Governor of Laikipia County, having first served from 2013 to 2017 under the The National Alliance (TNA) party. In 2022, he secured his second term as governor, running on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket.

Dr. Jonathan Bii Chelilim, E.G.H

Jonathan Bii Chelilim, E.G.H. is a distinguished Kenyan leader and the second Governor of Uasin Gishu County. He assumed office in September 2022 following his victory in the 2022 General Election under the United Democratic Alliance ticket.

Born and raised in Uasin Gishu County, Governor Jonathan Bii has built his leadership journey on resilience, determination, and public service. Before joining elective politics, he was actively engaged in farming and community development, experiences that shaped his passion for economic empowerment and grassroots transformation.

Governor Bii’s political career began in 2007 when he contested for the Eldoret North parliamentary seat. Although unsuccessful, he remained committed to serving the people and later contested again in 2017. His persistence and strong connection with the grassroots eventually earned him overwhelming support that propelled him to the governorship in 2022.

Academically, Dr. Jonathan Bii Chelilim holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Project Planning and Management, reflecting his strong background in governance, development planning, and public administration.

As Governor, Dr. Bii champions the “Nguzo Kumi” development agenda, a transformative framework focused on agriculture and food security, healthcare, education, youth empowerment, infrastructure development, trade, ICT, industrialization, and environmental sustainability. Mr. Lincoln LEE

Mr. Lincoln Lee joined Siemens EDA in 1988 based in Hong Kong office covering PacRim region. He was one of the first Application Engineers supporting Siemens EDA’s activities in China. Mr. Lee transferred to Siemens EDA Canada in 1991 and since then contributed in various roles, including Product Specialist, Business Development Manager, and Strategic Account Principal Technical Manager. In the latter position, he led a global team of AEs covering a broad range of technologies from system level design to silicon production. During his tenure, Lincoln pioneered using layout aware scan diagnosis for silicon yield learning which led to award winning paper at International Test Conference. His work also resulted in changes to IC industry’s design practices such as litho process check and double patterning decomposition to meet new silicon process challenges. In addition, Lincoln is a forerunner for 3DIC. He started developing 3DIC design flow as early as 2012. Siemens acquired Mentor Graphics in March, 2017. Mr. Lee relocated to Shanghai in 2018 as the PacRim Technical Director, and promoted to Vice President in 2024. Lincoln has B. Eng. degree from McMaster 並University, Ontario in Computer Engineering, and MBA degree from Queen’s University, Ontario.

PAUL RUSSO, E.B.S

Paul Russo, EBS, is the Chairman of the Kenya Bankers Association Governing Council, the banking industry lobby. He is also the Chancellor of Kibabii University and the Chairman of the Council of Consolata International University. He serves in the United Nations Environment Program Finance (UNEP-FI) Leadership Council, joining other global leaders in mainstreaming and deepening sustainable business practices across economies.

He has extensive experience in banking, strategy, operational and people management, having been involved in the running of key strategic assignments within the Group, including serving as receiver manager for Chase Bank (in Receivership), National Bank of Kenya Managing Director, KCB Group Regional Business Director and KCB Group HR Director. Dr. Peter Ndegwa, C.B.S

A seasoned board-level executive, Dr. Ndegwa joined Safaricom in April 2020 as CEO and was appointed to its Board of Directors. Safaricom is a partner member of Vodafone and Vodacom Group Africa, and in August 2020, he was appointed as a member of the Vodacom Group Executive Committee.

A champion of  sustainability and social impact, Dr Ndegwa has demonstrated passion and commitment to driving purpose and being the biggest supporter of communities. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience across Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors in Africa and Europe. His expertise spans Telecommunications, General Management, Commercial, Strategy, and Finance Operations, making him a transformational leader driving innovation and sustainable growth in the digital economy.

Under his leadership Safaricom is transitioning from a telecommunications to a technology company. In 2024 it became the first company to surpass one billion dollars in earnings (EBIT) in the region and has grown to become one of Kenya’s biggest brands and strongest supporter of the society.

Amongst his key achievements, Dr. Ndegwa led Safaricom PLC in collaboration with other global partners to set up Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC which was awarded a license to operate in April 2021.As of December 31st 2024, Safaricom Ethiopia covered over 48.5% of the Ethiopian population with over 7.1 million customers acquired on the Safaricom network, and 1.4 million customers on M-PESA.

In November 2022, H.E. Dr. William Ruto, President of Kenya, appointed Dr. Peter Ndegwa as the Chairman of the National Steering Committee on Drought Response, tasking him with leading a private-sector-driven initiative to mitigate the effects of drought and enhance resilience across the country.

Dr. Ndegwa was awarded the First Class: Chief of the Order of the Burning Spear (C.B.S) in December 2023, in recognition of distinguished and outstanding services rendered to the nation in various capacities and responsibilities, conferred by H.E The President of Kenya Dr. William Ruto.

Further solidifying his impact in the education sector, Dr. Ndegwa was inaugurated as the second Chancellor of Meru University of Science and Technology in February 2024, a position he will hold for a five-year term. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to education, innovation, and societal transformation, he was honored with a Doctor of Business Management (Honoris Causa) from the same university in October 2024.

Dr. Ndegwa holds an MBA from the London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

Prior to joining Safaricom, Dr. Peter Ndegwa played a pivotal role in Diageo PLC, overseeing operations across 50 countries spanning Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and North Africa. Before that, he served as CEO of Guinness Nigeria PLC and Guinness Breweries PLC, where he led strategic transformations that strengthened the business and expanded market reach.

As a Chief Executive across multiple markets within the Diageo Group, Dr. Ndegwa consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to transform businesses and drive superior results. He is deeply passionate about customer-centric leadership, a principle that has guided his career, alongside his commitment to developing talent and driving execution with excellence.

Dr. Ndegwa also spent eight years at East African Breweries Limited (EABL)—a Diageo subsidiary based in Nairobi—where he held several senior executive roles, including Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Group Strategy Director, Sales Director, and Executive Director on the EABL Board. During his tenure, he was instrumental in doubling the company’s value, leading to EABL being named the Most Respected Business in East Africa for five consecutive years.

One of his most notable achievements at EABL was spearheading the affordable beer strategy, which led to the development of Senator Keg, one of Diageo’s most successful innovations. His ability to identify market opportunities and execute with precision continues to define his leadership style.

Dr. Ndegwa began his career at PwC, the global consulting firm, where he spent 11 years, honing his expertise in financial strategy and business transformation.

His leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in the values instilled during his early years, drawing inspiration from his teachers, parents, and the late Dr. Geoffrey Griffin, founder of Starehe Boys' Centre, his alma mater. These formative experiences shaped his unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and purpose-driven leadership.

Dr. Bonface Makokha

Dr. Bonface Makokha was appointed Principal Secretary for the State Department for Economic Planning in 2025 by Kenya President H.E. Dr. William Samoei Ruto. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Makokha served in various high-level technical and advisory capacities within regional and international institutions, including the United Nations Office of the Special Envoy for the Great Lakes Region, the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region, and the Levy Mwanawasa Regional Centre for Democracy and Good Governance.

His work has focused on strengthening governance systems, public-private partnerships, results-based planning, institutional reforms, and inclusive development policy across Eastern and Central Africa. Dr. Makokha brings a wealth of experience in intergovernmental coordination, strategic policy alignment, and results-based implementation frameworks. His leadership is anchored on the principles of accountability, inclusivity, and the realization of Kenya’s development blueprints—Vision 2030, the Fourth Medium-Term Plan, and the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda.

He holds a Bachelor of education (science), Master of arts in monitoring and evaluation, Master of science in physics, and a Diploma in project management. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in mediation and conflict resolution and holds an honorary doctorate in theology in recognition of his contribution to ethical leadership and inclusive governance.

Alin Horj

Alin Horj is an economist and policy expert specializing in trade, investment policy, infrastructure connectivity, and global value chains, with a particular focus on Africa, the Middle East, and emerging economies. He currently serves as Manager of the Africa-OECD Partnership within the OECD’s Middle East and Africa Division in Paris.

Before assuming his current role, Horj worked across several OECD directorates, including the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs and the Environment Directorate, where he contributed to policy research on sustainable infrastructure, investment, and green growth. He has also held positions with the World Trade Organization and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, gaining extensive international experience in economic development and international trade.

Horj has contributed to numerous OECD and international policy publications on infrastructure connectivity, regional integration, and sustainable development. He holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

CPA Mary Wanyonyi

CPA Mary A.C. Wanyonyi is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Professional Mediator (CPM) and Financial Analyst with 37 years of experience in the public sector at national and sub-county level. An ambitious and diligent professional, she has expert knowledge in the organization and functions of Government and is skilled in implementation and monitoring of accounting standards and systems and administering accounting units.

Prior to joining CRA as Chairperson, Mrs. Wanyonyi worked with the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning as a Senior Deputy Accountant General.

Previously, she served as a Head of Department in various Ministries. She has also served as a member on the boards of Kenyatta National Hospital, Masai Mara University and Cooperative University and as the Chairperson of the Kenya Ladies Golf Union.

Mrs. Wanyonyi is member of ICPAK, ICIFA and AWAK. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Certified Professional Mediator.

FCPA Nancy Gathungu, C.B.S

Ms Gathungu is the Auditor-General of the Republic of Kenya.She was appointed to the position on July 17, 2020.
A holder of a Masters of Business Administration (Strategic Management) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Ms Gathungu is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (FCPA-K) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
She is also a Member of Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK). She has vast experience in Public Sector auditing, Strategic Management and capacity building for Supreme Audit Institutions.
